For the last 30 years I have always used State Farm for home, auto, boat insurance in another state. So I called a number of State Farm agents in the Portland area. "I have been with Trombley State Farm since it was Harold Trombley, now Steve Trombley comtinues to carry on the tradition of great service and very fair prices. The entire crew at Trombley are friendly and competent and I always feel welcome and appreciated even if I am dropping in without warning or making short notice requests. "Steve Trombley State Farm has handled my home, auto and life insurance for a couple of years now. I cannot say enough about the attentiveness and professionalism of Jen-Marie and Steve. They are always cheerful and urgent with any customer service requests that I have had. Recently, I had an urgent matter with a business deal closing. I was away for a couple of days and needed to sign some important documents. They both helped me long-distance and I was able to get the documents where they needed to go, completely signed without having to drive all the way back to their office. Everyone who picks up the phone and their office has been very friendly and helpful. In addition, they helped me save money over my former insurance provider for my home and auto as well as life insurance. In fact, Jen-Marie realized that she could save me money on my current State Farm life insurance policy and help me get into a new product that actually saved me quite a bit of money per year for the same coverage. "When you're feeling powerless, it's such a relief to know that someone is in your corner. I was in an accident and took my car to be repaired, but had trouble with the body work that was done and sensors that started to go haywire after I got my car back. After issues with the body shop, car rental, and even AAA, I finally did what I should have done in the first place and called my local agent, Steve Trombley. Steve actually listened to me, was incredibly patient and polite, and most importantly he took care of business!
